*An international surcharge of 20% of total order cost will apply to international orders, which covers GST, PST and duties

Return Policy

​

Accessories and bags may be exchanged or returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

 

Items must be returned within 45 days

 

Returns received after the 45-day return period are accepted at our discretion

 

Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices, this will appear on your return invoice  as ‘late-return fee’

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags

 

Items must not be worn, altered or damaged

 

Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender

 

Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we’ll provide

 

USPS Priority shipping rates will be applied to all US returns

USPS First-Class International rates will be  applied to all international returns

 

We’ll automatically deduct the rate of shipping from your refund

 

Returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

 

Please allow 3-5 business days, from shipping date, for Aquí to receive US returns and 10-14 business days for international returns

 

It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account

 

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale

 

Sales to anyone Aquí believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted
